One of the two permanent waterfalls in world-famous Milford Sound, the Stirling Falls drops to a height of 146 metres and is fed by the glaciers just behind it.
The boat cruises take you right underneath it so prepared to get drenched by icy waters. Apparently, it also has anti-ageing qualities:-)

Did the Panorama Programme Miss the Point? We CAN Afford the NHS!
The BBC Panorama programme, The Perfect Storm [http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b05y3fcb] broadcast last night, missed the point: this country can afford health and social care for an ageing population affected by chronic diseases. But it is the government's obsession with creating a health 'market' and cuts that is destroying the NHS.
