One of the two permanent waterfalls in world-famous Milford Sound, the Stirling Falls drops to a height of 146 metres and is fed by the glaciers just behind it.
The boat cruises take you right underneath it so prepared to get drenched by icy waters. Apparently, it also has anti-ageing qualities:-)
Have a beautiful day (or evening) my friends!
I'm off to Mongolia from Friday for 4 weeks so next post hopefully will be a landscape of this wonderful place:-)

Seniors Week is an opportunity for Queenslanders of all ages to join together and celebrate the valuable contribution of older people. Seniors Week 2014 saw communities come together to celebrate with 456 registered events throughout the state. Many older people assist their families with caring responsibilities whilst being actively involved in their communities through volunteering and passing on their knowledge and experience to others. Seniors Week provides an opportunity to bring together all Queenslanders, through events and activities, to celebrate the contributions seniors make within their communities.
Seniors Week aims to:
improve community attitudes towards older people and ageing facilitate community participation and activity by older people, including those from Indigenous and culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds enhance community connections and inter-generational relationships. COTA (Council on the Ageing) Queensland currently coordinates Seniors Week and receives Queensland Government funding to collaboratively plan, run and subsidise Seniors Week events and activities.

Gluta 200000 Botox Filler
Description: Young people as infants and children, have youthful looks by default. As people grow older, several destructive forces begin to work on the body which deteriorates the appearance. This process is called ageing. Different people begin to show signs of ageing at different ages, some sooner than others. When a person starts to show these signs, then consumption of L-Glutathione can be taken. A rough estimate is that L-Glutathione can be taken from the early thirties until a person is well into their seventies.
Benefits: * Regular consumption of L-Glutathione results in a glowing and radiant skin. * L-Glutathione arrests the ageing effect on the skin by slowing down the formation of wrinkles. * This agent also restricts the production of dark melanin pigments. This results in a progressively fairer skin. * Certain L-Glutathione supplements contain natural extracts which help in building the immune system in the body.
Each Capsule Contains :L-Glutathione 200000 mg, Super Lemon (Vitamin C) 20000mg, Pine Bark Extract 100 mg, Collagen 20000 mg, Bioflavanoi 500 mg, Coenzyme Q10 500 mg, Placenta Extract 100 mg, Grape Seed Extract 100 mg, Koji Berry 500 mg, Acerora Cherry 100 mg, Green Coffee Berry 100 mg, Berry Fruit Extract 100 mg.

If need to drink (drinks mentioned above), must space out 3-4 hours after taking Gluta 200k. * Drink plain water at least 3 liters a day for detoxification and optimizes the collagen absorption by the body to get faster results.

Researchers at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California, and the Chinese Academy of Science published a study in the journal Science, where they used cells taken from patients suffering from Werner syndrome, also known as adult progeria. Professor Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte, a geneticist at the Salk Institute who was one of the lead authors of the study, said: 'Our findings show that the gene mutation that causes Werner syndrome results in the disorganisation of heterochromatin, and that this disruption of normal DNA packaging is a key driver of ageing'. The way DNA is packaged inside cells could hold the key to slowing human ageing and may even play a role in diseases such as cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer's Disease:
Researchers at Salk Institute in California and the Chinese Academy of Sciences identified a genetic fault involved in premature ageing, which they hope to study to see if they can slow the process.
Developing a drug that prevents ageing is the holy grail of Life.. Science research, what with even the Google founders funding life extension research.
It turns out Pi3K (Phosphoinositide 3 kinase) pathway activation is involved in ageing process and its inhibition can slow it down.
Unfortunately Pi3K pathway is involved in too many things from immunity to stem cell engraftment and long term safety remains to be seen.
The Pi3K signaling that leads to ageing is activated (among others) by Insulin and Insulin like growth factor which are triggered by eating too much sugars. (In fact feeding animals with many sugars like galactose, present in milk can accelerate ageing).
A more doable thing is to cut down sugar intake.
In addition to the Pi3K pathway, Ras (a proto-oncogene activated in cancers, belongs to protein called small GTPase, and are involved in transmitting signals within cells such as actin cytoskeletal integrity, proliferation, differentiation, cell adhesion, apoptosis, and cell migration) is also linked to ageing.
