"There were already high cost of purchasing the above device applied. Many city councils use due to the aforementioned problems continue their private notebooks and a large part of the acquired equipment is aging unused ago down. To prevent this recommended a needs-based retrofit."
Anyway, they have put a bunch of money and time into this in Munich and doubt they would just toss in the towel for the clerical staff; Management however (council members I would call management) are a pain the rump in every setting but even then - you gotta keep em happy ;_0
